Recruiter

We are a leading environmental advocacy organization seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time conversion. This role is crucial in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process
• Drive requisitions forward with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system
• Provide a strong candidate experience while balancing competing priorities and timelines

Requirements

• 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Hands-on experience using iCIMS (non-negotiable)
• Experience working in fast-paced environments; for-profit background preferred, though flexible
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver results quickly
• Ability to operate independently and “hit the ground running” in a new environment

Pay

$50 – $57/hr
