About The Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior US Recruiter possessing a minimum of four years of specialized experience to strategically enhance our talent acquisition within the United States market. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment of high-caliber IT and Non-IT professionals, with a particular emphasis on challenging, niche technical roles and critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: To manage the comprehensive hiring process, commencing with the initial requirement definition in collaboration with US-based stakeholders and culminating in successful candidate onboarding.
  • Advanced Sourcing: To expertly utilize sophisticated sourcing techniques, including expert-level Boolean and X-ray searches, and specialized platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to proactively engage passive talent.
  • Technical Screening: To conduct rigorous interviews to accurately evaluate competencies in niche domains such as Cloud computing, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), and pivotal business functions like Sales and Customer Success.
  • Visa & Compliance Management: To meticulously vet candidates based on US work authorization statutes (including H1B, OPT/CPT, s, and s).
  • Tax Term Expertise: To negotiate comprehensive compensation packages utilizing diverse contractual models, including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
  • Stakeholder Management: To partner effectively with US Account Managers and Business Leaders, providing actionable market intelligence and strategically prioritizing urgent hiring requisitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: A prerequisite of four or more years of documented experience in US Recruitment, acquired within an Agency or Corporate environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Market Knowledge: A profound understanding of US geographical regions, time zones (EST/CST/PST), and prevailing labor laws is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of verbal and written English is mandatory for professional and articulate interaction with US-based candidates and clientele.
  • Negotiation: Demonstrated robust capability in managing intricate salary and hourly rate negotiations.
