Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Recruiter who knows that great candidates don’t always apply to job postings—you have to go find them. We’re looking for someone who can strike up a conversation with a stranger, recognize talent, and confidently approach people who may not even be considering a career change. You should enjoy the hunt: finding the right person, starting the conversation, building the relationship, and creating interest in an opportunity. This role also requires the ability to manage high-volume recruiting for our entry-level field and labor positions. On any given day, you may be sourcing an experienced professional while managing a large pipeline of applicants for field positions. Organization, attention to detail, urgency, and follow-through are essential. Recruiting experience is required. We want someone who understands how to source, screen, engage, and move candidates through the hiring process—not someone who simply posts jobs and waits for applications. At Paul Davis, our mission is to provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need following water, fire, mold, storm, and other property disasters. Our people are the heart of what we do, and we’re committed to a positive culture built on teamwork, integrity, and growth.
