We are looking to add a high energy, results driven recruiter to our industry leading, fast growing roofing company here in San Marcos.
About the role
This is an in person role, located in San Marcos, TX. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your above average skillset to recruit top level performers to join our Holden Roofing family.
- Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Social Media platforms
- Sources candidates through cold outreach, referrals, job boards, and networking
- Conduct high-energy phone screens and initial interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent
- Partner with leadership to meet aggressive goals
Requirements
- At least 1 year of direct recruiting experience
- High level of competence utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and Social Media
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles
