- Drive job posting, sourcing, and outbound recruiting across LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, ZipRecruiter, trade schools, industry networks, and other relevant channels; proactively build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and assess candidates against clearly defined hiring criteria, using strong judgment to identify qualified candidates and present the best talent to hiring managers.
- Manage the search and selection process, including maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, driving timely hiring decisions, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in in-house recruiting, agency recruiting, or talent acquisition; manufacturing, skilled trades, operations, or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.

- Good judgment in assessing candidate quality and fit, with the confidence to calibrate with hiring managers and keep searches focused on the requirements of the role.
- A proactive, organized self-starter who can manage multiple searches simultaneously, communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, and take ownership of hiring outcomes from intake through close.
