Location: Inglewood, CA. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately through end of 2026. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $25-$35 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 32-40 hours/week; on-site Tuesday-Thursday.

Job Summary

Join a small Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the TA Manager and partnering with a TA Specialist. Recruit across a broad range of administrative-focused roles, from temporary Project Manager up to VP of Sales (13-14 roles currently open). Cover corporate functions including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and the Office of the CEO. Own and manage a full-cycle pipeline of 3-5 requisitions at a time. Develop a strong understanding of the brand and the team's approach to hiring. Partner closely with hiring managers through a selective, culture-focused hiring process.

Requirements

• Solid recruitment background with a strong focus on process improvement
• Experience recruiting for corporate/administrative roles across a range of levels
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse required
• Comfortable navigating a selective, culture-driven hiring process
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on candidate experience
