Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team! We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all candidates.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment
• Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• SHRM certification preferred
• 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruiting required
• Working knowledge of ADP preferred
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
• Must be able to drive company vehicle

Schedule

Full-time. Shift: Monday–Wednesday 3:00 PM–9:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Pay

$35–$40 per hour.
