About the role
The Recruiter develops long-term recruiting strategies, sources candidates through various channels, builds trusting relationships with potential hires, and recruits field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs. This position covers our Hickory office and is based in one office daily. The role is available immediately and is classified as exempt.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all general office administrative operations, including on-call responsibilities to ensure business continuity and excellent customer service.
- Engage in community recruitment activities and organize events to promote current employment opportunities.
- Monitor all electronic recruitment sites daily and follow up with all inquiries and applicants within one business day of initial outreach.
- Generate and utilize local and company recruitment marketing materials to meet operational initiatives; provide inventory updates to maximize promotional items budget.
- Facilitate the application process and provide all potential hires with necessary onboarding documents.
- Maintain strong customer service to ensure the highest possible recruitment conversion rates.
- Schedule and host orientation activities.
- Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes.
- Support and maintain annual compliance and training for field caregivers.
- Run reports and utilize data from EMR and Electronic File Storage System to manage KPIs.
- Follow Agency Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent); some college preferred.
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you work and a satisfactory driving record (travel may be required for business purposes).
- Specific understanding of geographical/cultural requirements of the branch office is preferred.
- Ability to use computerized systems.
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
