About the role
ARC Voyagers is seeking a Recruiter to implement innovative and forward-thinking recruitment solutions to attract and retain passionate team members to provide integrated services where every path leads to greater possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full recruitment journey—from posting a position to welcoming a new team member, using our applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth, person-centered process.
- Be a talent magnet by creatively and proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Senior Recruiter to align recruitment strategies with both team dynamics and our agency’s mission.
- Cultivate dynamic talent pipelines to meet today’s hiring needs while anticipating tomorrow’s growth.
- Champion our employer brand by showcasing what makes ARC Voyagers a unique and purpose-driven place to grow a career.
- Analyze and optimize recruiting performance through meaningful metrics that drive smarter, more effective, and more inclusive hiring decisions.
- Elevate the candidate and onboarding experience by supporting pre-employment processes, vendor partnerships, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or bring equivalent experience.
- With 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a mission-driven setting, you know how to find the right people—and help them find purpose in their work.
- You're skilled in strategic sourcing, know your way around recruiting metrics, and are fluent in ATS platforms and modern hiring tools.
- You’re a strong communicator and trusted advisor who can partner with diverse teams, build relationships, and elevate hiring experiences from start to finish.
- You believe in meaningful work and navigating possibilities—and you’re excited to be part of an organization that serves people with developmental disabilities.

$50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
