About the role
The Recruiter will drive and manage full-cycle recruiting across Pink Sparrow’s operations, partnering closely with hiring managers and department leaders to identify talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, manage interview processes, and drive searches through offer and close. This role is ideal for a self-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and keeps multiple searches moving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and maintain momentum without waiting for direction.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and establish effective search strategies.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for experience, capabilities, motivation, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with thoughtful recommendations and clear assessments.
- Cook up and coordinate interviews across multiple departments, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure hiring managers and interviewers have the information, materials, and logistics they need.
- Cook up in-person interviews, shop visits, and other candidate meetings when needed.
- Candidate Experience
- Create a welcoming, organized, and professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding interview steps, timing, expectations, and next steps.
- Represent Pink Sparrow and our culture positively in every candidate interaction.
- Help candidates understand the unique, collaborative, and hands-on environment of a creative fabrication company.
- Recruiting Operations & Organization
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and search progress across multiple openings.
- Post and manage open positions across recruiting platforms and job boards.
- Maintain recruiting trackers, reporting, interview materials, and documentation.
- Cook up the onboarding handoff with HR and People Operations following accepted offers.
- Maintain a high level of organization while independently managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Drive proactive sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill and priority roles rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
- Develop talent pipelines across fabrication, production, creative, experiential, project management, operations, and corporate functions.
- Identify new recruiting channels, communities, referrals, and sourcing strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with talent who may be a fit for future opportunities.
- Support workforce planning by identifying potential talent gaps and emerging hiring needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated experience managing searches independently.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, from intake and sourcing through interviews and offers.
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence identifying and engaging candidates directly.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and keep searches moving with limited oversight.
- Good judgment when assessing candidates and communicating recommendations to hiring managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
