Recruiter at Coffee Vibes LLP Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year About The Role The Recruiter will support recruiting workflows through candidate communication, application tracking, interview scheduling, documentation, and coordination with hiring stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Track candidates through assigned recruiting stages and keep application records current.Manage interview logistics and communicate schedule details clearly to candidates and interviewers.Identify incomplete application information and request or route follow-up when appropriate.Document recruiting activity, outcomes, and next steps so handoffs remain clear.Support recurring recruiting reports and administrative tasks as assigned.Handle candidate data carefully and limit access to authorized recruiting purposes. Qualifications Practical familiarity with Recruiting, Candidate Screening, and Interview Scheduling.Consistent accuracy when working with ATS and Communication.Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits.Ability to manage assigned work, deadlines, and follow-up without making unsupported assumptions.Comfort coordinating remotely through shared systems and written communication.
