About the role
This role focuses on full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing for large-scale infrastructure services that power cloud and computing offerings. You will recruit across the United States for data center and engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and deliver high-quality talent in a high-volume, goal-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and source technical candidates across the United States for infrastructure and engineering roles supporting cloud and computing services.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters to conduct intake discussions, clarify role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage high-volume requisition loads, consistently meeting goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and virtual engagement.
- Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews, targeting approximately 36 phone screens per week and coordinating 5–7 in-person interviews weekly.
- Maintain ongoing, professional dialogue with candidates, providing a positive experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the business side to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts with hiring demand.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure accurate documentation of candidate activity.
- Apply leadership principles such as ownership, bias for action, and delivering results to drive recruiting processes forward and meet hiring objectives.
- Continuously learn and be curious about new sourcing techniques, market trends, and technical skill sets to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Share learnings and best practices with team members to support a collaborative, high-performing recruiting environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment; if technical high-volume experience is limited, 6+ years of overall recruiting experience is expected.
- Proven experience recruiting within the technology industry.
- Strong background in high-volume recruiting and sourcing for technical roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a goal-driven environment and consistently meet performance targets.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition tools.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct frequent candidate conversations and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive recruiting processes independently and deliver measurable results.
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach to prospective candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience with more technical software development engineer (SDE) recruiting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing is highly desirable.
- Background in talent acquisition for large-scale technology or infrastructure organizations is a plus.
- Prior success recruiting for complex technical roles in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, markets, and technical skill sets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both direct and indirect internal customers.
Work Environment
This role is 100% on-site in Seattle and operates within a collaborative, engaging recruiting team. Team members balance individual desk time with frequent interaction, including intake meetings with hiring partners and ongoing conversations with candidates. The environment is fun, supportive, and encourages sharing learnings and best practices. Work is fast-paced and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on ownership, bias for action, and delivering results in response to increased hiring demand. You will use standard recruiting technologies such as ATS and sourcing tools while working closely with internal business stakeholders and candidates in a professional office setting.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Schedule
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA, and is fully onsite.
