We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Class Summary, Assigned to: Casper Recreation Center, seeking instructors for various programs, will hire at appropriate level based on experience. Recreation Instructor II - $20.44 - $27.60 Hourly. So Pay is present: hourly range. Benefits? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not explicit but mentions work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, holidays as needed. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits not present, so omit. About the role: we have class summary description. Responsibilities: typical class essential duties list. Requirements: maybe knowledge, ability, skill sections? Qualifications: training, experience & certifications. Skills: skill in skills. We'll map.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove supplemental info like physical requirements? That's part of requirements maybe but we can include under Requirements or Qualifications? The physical requirements are substantive; we could include under Requirements. But we need to preserve all substantive info. However we must not create sections with filler. We'll include sections: About the role (class summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (knowledge, ability, skill, physical/environmental conditions), Qualifications (training, experience & certifications), Skills (skill in skills), Pay (hourly range), Schedule (variety of shifts). Benefits omitted.
We need to use for section headings. Use
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like "Plans, instructs, and supervises participants..." etc. We'll list each duty as
- . For knowledge, ability, skill we can also list as
- . For training/experience we list as
- . For physical/environmental conditions we list as
- . Ensure we don't omit any.
Let's extract content.

Supplemental Information & Physical Requirements (we can include under Requirements or Qualifications? It's about physical demands). We'll include under Requirements as part of physical/environmental conditions.
Physical And Environmental Conditions:
- City of Casper employees that perform safety sensitive tasks are subject to pre-employment and/or random drug testing. (list tasks)
- These tasks include, but may not be limited to: Emergency response/rescue; Handling or working with hazardous materials, including chemicals as well as solid and liquid waste; Operating or maintaining water and wastewater systems; Maintaining City computer and data systems including networks, servers, communication systems, etc.; Driving for the City of Casper, whether essential or non-essential; Operating power-driven machinery or equipment; Handling confidential information, including personnel, health, financial, or attorney-client information; Working with or around children.
- Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body, which may differ based on area of focus.
- Incumbents may instruct classes indoors or outdoors in an environment that has inadequate lighting; intense noise; extreme temperatures, contact injury, and exposure to chemicals, depending on the nature of the class being instructed on.
- Employees may also be subject to environmental hazards such as disruptive or angry people or responding to stressful conditions including providing first aid.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, background screen, drug test, direct deposit, driving records etc. Those are supplemental but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The background screen, drug test, direct deposit, driving records might be considered legal/boilerplate? They are specific to employment but could be considered boilerplate. However they are substantive info about hiring process. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Not explicitly to remove background check etc. But they might be considered legal. Safer to keep them? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So legal boilerplate includes things like background screen, drug test, direct deposit, driving records. Those are legal requirements. So we should remove them. Also "Supplemental Information & Physical Requirements" includes physical requirements which we keep. The rest after that (the bullet list about safety sensitive tasks etc.) is part of physical requirements, we keep. The later sentences about "Women, minorities, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply." That's EEO, remove. "Employment with the City of Casper is contingent upon a successful background screen and pre-employment drug test." That's legal, remove. "The City of Casper utilizes direct deposit for payroll purposes." legal, remove. "Driving records are required for all new employees regardless of the position's driving requirements. If the employee has not held a Wyoming driver's license for the last three years, the employee must provide at their own initiation and expense a driving record from their previous state(s) of residence." legal, remove. So we keep only the physical and environmental conditions section (the part before the EEO). Actually the "Supplemental Information & Physical Requirements" heading includes a sentence: "The above job description is intended to represent only the key areas of responsibilities; specific position assignments will vary depending on the business needs of the department." That's substantive, we can keep as prose. Then after that we have EEO etc which we remove. Then we have "Physical And Environmental Conditions" which we keep.
Thus we will include under Requirements a subsection for physical/environmental conditions as list items.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown.
We'll structure:
About the role

We could split into Knowledge, Ability, Skill, Physical/Environmental Conditions as subheadings? But only allowed headings are the predefined list; we cannot add extra headings like Knowledge. We could embed them as prose or

Similarly Qualifications for training/experience/certs.
Skills for skill list.
Pay for hourly range.
Schedule for shift info.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info across sections incorrectly. We'll allocate:
About the role: includes class summary, assigned to, seeking instructors, will hire at appropriate level, Recreation Instructor II hourly range? Actually Pay is separate section, so we should not duplicate pay in About the role. But the About the role currently includes the hourly range; we could move that to Pay section and keep About the role without pay. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can mention that the role is Recreation Instructor II but not the pay. The posting says "Recreation Instructor II - $20.44 - $27.60 Hourly". That's pay info. We'll put that in Pay section. So About the role will exclude the pay.
