What You'll Do
- Support various programming initiatives
- Maintain the cleanliness of meeting rooms and locker rooms
- Absorb at the front desk and aquatic center as needed
- Contribute to program development
What We Require
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate with the public and co-workers
- Knowledge of City activities
- Safety-minded approach to addressing unsafe situations
- Physical fitness to lift and move spin bikes, tables, and chairs repetitively
- Proficiency in computer software and learning the recreation center database software
- Understanding of program development and implementation principles
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 90 days of employment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and community engagement
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and sports apparatus
- Ability to operate various facilities within the Recreation Center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
