Responsibilities
- Circulate among patrons in a usage facility to ensure satisfactory service, resolve customer complaints, and provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Assist patrons by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, and teaching classes.
- Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
- May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended durations.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
- Must meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Must satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications

- Work experience involving dealing with the general public.

This job is part of a pay-banded system and is open to candidates who reside in the local commuting area. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid.
