Recovery Support - Part Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration following program policiesMaintain accurate, confidential documentation and recordsPrepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond effectively to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments, meetings, and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving recordTraining in DHS 83 preferred (or completed after hire) Key duties include: supporting recovery, assisting with medication and daily routines, maintaining records, ensuring safety, and facilitating resident independence. Local travel may be required.
