Recovery Support - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration according to policies
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as required
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach with diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional Details

Trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment experience preferred

Ability to support residents’ recovery journey in a safe, structured environment

Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)

Participation in required training and staff meetings

This role involves supporting women and infants in a recovery setting, with responsibilities including medication assistance, documentation, and crisis response.
