Role: Part-Time Adult Residential Support Professional in Oconomowoc, WI, supporting a women’s addictions recovery program. Key Responsibilities Provide support, supervision and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationComplete accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor towards diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hire.
