Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per policiesMaintain accurate, confidential records and documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and complete necessary training Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Notes: DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed after hire. Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%). The role involves supporting recovery, creating a safe environment, and assisting with daily routines and treatment goals.
