Role Overview Seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women with infants. Key Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modelingAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Notes DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' recovery journeys in a supportive, structured environment.
