Recovery Support - Part Time

Seeking compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals for a women's addiction recovery program in Oconomowoc. Role & Responsibilities Support residents by providing supervision, positive role modeling, and assistance with daily living skills.Monitor and administer medications per program policies.Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with laundry.Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed.Attend staff meetings and complete required training. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
