Role: Part-Time Adult Residential Support Professional in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration following program policiesMaintain accurate, confidential documentation and recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry tasksHelp residents develop daily living skills and work toward treatment goalsRespond effectively to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hireLocal travel required (approximately 25–50%) Note: This role involves supporting residents' recovery, creating a safe environment, and assisting with daily and treatment activities.
