The Recovery Specialist’s Responsibilities Are
- Affords assistance to clients in achieving their personal goals and tracking their milestones, aiding them in their journey towards success
- Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to monitor and enhance client progress
- Monitors and supervises the buildings and grounds
- Performs searches of client belongings upon admission and discharge, or as directed by supervisor
- Completes necessary checklists, shift documentation, and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience working with substance use population is preferred
- Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred
Pay Range
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
