About the role
Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recovery Specialist at the New View program at Behavioral Health Network!
Responsibilities
- Providing direct care services and supervision to client populations.
- Providing counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level.
- Overseeing activities to ensure conformance with program policies.
- Completing specialized training in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required).
Qualifications
- Highly skilled and experienced in providing direct care services and counseling.
- Knowledgeable in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint.
- Strong confidentiality and compliance practices.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations.

Pay
$21/hr + applicable shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shift.
Schedule
- Part Time: Sunday, Monday, & Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
- Per Diem: varied days & shifts.
