Recovery Center Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to women in a residential treatment setting.
• Implement treatment and safety plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate skills-building and recovery groups to promote healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure effective record-keeping.
• Foster a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting women in recovery.
• Ability to work in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in substance use recovery, trauma, and housing stability is valued.
