Recovery Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, recovery-focused support to individuals in behavioral health and housing programs.
• Assist clients with daily living skills and coach them toward achieving personal goals.
• Connect clients with community resources in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
• Document services accurately and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff.
• Participate in training to support ongoing professional development.
