Recovery Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered support to adults in recovery within residential and community-based programs.
• Assist with daily living skills and offer encouragement to clients.
• Monitor safety and ensure clients adhere to their recovery and treatment plans.
• Document services, support groups, and activities accurately.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to promote a trauma-informed and culturally responsive environment.
