Recovery Center Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to women in a residential treatment setting.
• Implement and monitor treatment and safety plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate skills-building and recovery groups to promote healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with program requirements.
• Foster a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for supporting women overcoming substance use, trauma, and housing instability.
• Ability to create a compassionate and culturally sensitive environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience or interest in clinical documentation and treatment planning.
