About the role

Provide direct supervision and support to women in a residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment and safety plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate skills-building and recovery groups to promote healing.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of client progress and activities.
• Foster a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Experience or background in substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations.
• Commitment to mission-driven, client-centered support.
