Recovery Center Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, monitoring, and encouragement to women in residential substance use and behavioral health recovery.
• Assist with daily living needs and medication observation.
• Facilitate recovery, life skills, and wellness groups.
• Accurately document observations and support individualized recovery plans.
• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and respond to crises using de-escalation skills.
• Model healthy boundaries and coping strategies.
