Position Responsibilities

  • Request medical records and bills from facilities and doctor offices
  • Update medical treatment notes for files
  • Confirm bill amounts for files
  • Speak with clients to confirm we have all correct providers on file
  • Follow up with any unresolved tickets from requests
  • Confirm we have all liens from providers and follow up with those we don’t

Position Qualifications

  • Experience with Casepeer or other legal software.
  • Spanish speaker is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in an office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Must be proficient in Outlook and Adobe.
  • Prior PC experience required including knowledge of word processing software (Word and Excel preferred).
