About the role

This full-time, in-office role (with opportunities to work from home) offers on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement. It supports communities in times of crisis and promotes a collaborative culture focused on flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Review job site information from photos and field personnel notes
• Estimate projects using Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating software
• Provide training and feedback to estimators
• Understand and provide feedback on monthly adjustments to estimating software
• Submit complete estimates for approval within required timeframe
• Communicate with internal team, project managers, and insurance adjusters
• Produce supplements and change orders as needed

Requirements

• Expert construction estimator in Xactimate and Symbility
• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience, 10+ preferred
• Previous experience working with TPAs
• Able to handle high volume and execute estimates quickly on tight deadlines
• Able to train estimators on preferred estimating guidelines and industry trends
• Previous experience with 3D scanning software such as Matterport is highly desirable
