Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a restoration estimator or insurance adjuster
• Experienced with Matterport and Hover/Eagleview
• Proficient with XactAnalysis Xactimate, CoreLogic, Symbility
• Familiarity with major insurance carriers & understanding carrier specific guidelines and SLAs
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-motivated to get accurate results with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Proficient & professional verbal and written communication
• Resilient team player with an industrious positive, can-do attitude
• Must work well with others
• Able to prioritize, organize, and think critically

Responsibilities

• Directly partner with division managers, property owners, insurance carriers & adjusters, compliance coordinators and project managers when a customer experiences events such as a fire or flood and need to repair damage to residential and commercial property.
• Use Matterport to complete damage estimates in Xactimate or Symbility.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals by communicating with local adjusters, desk adjusters, and program specialists to finalize project estimates.
• Follows all TPA and program guidelines.
• Estimate revisions, corrections, and compliance with program guidelines.
• Ensure projects are completed within profit range and service level agreements are accomplished.
• Maintain relationships with adjusters and communicate clearly with updates on regular intervals and as requested.
• Clearly communicate expectations with the estimating team, program vendors, and local adjusters and contacts.
• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
• Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
