- Conduct site assessments and write complete, defensible Xactimate estimates for water mitigation, fire, mold, and reconstruction losses
- Negotiate scope and pricing with adjusters to secure fair, full approval—and supplement what’s incomplete
- Manage your own workflow: estimate submissions, supplement tracking, adjuster follow-up, and XactAnalysis SLA compliance
- Build project budgets that translate approved scope into cost targets Project Managers can actually execute against
- Collaborate with PMs to identify scope deviations and change orders as jobs unfold
- Secure Work Authorizations and maintain complete, organized documentation in Dash
- Build lasting adjuster relationships that generate referral business and preferred vendor positioning for Integrated Restoration
- Your estimates are approved at a high rate, not because you’re conservative, but because they’re thorough and defensible
- Supplements are tracked, documented, and closed without anyone having to ask where they stand
