Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to the manufacturing, assembly, or repair of laboratory equipment, including shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers.
- Assist in engineering services and custom build requests as needed.
- Support product catalog management and customer service operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and inventory.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or laboratory equipment settings is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.

Pay
