Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to the manufacturing, assembly, or repair of laboratory equipment, including shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers.
• Assist in engineering services and custom build requests as needed.
• Support product catalog management and customer service operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and inventory.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or laboratory equipment settings is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.

Pay
