About the role

Eberbach Corporation is seeking candidates to join our team. We have over 150 years of experience in the scientific community and engineer durable laboratory equipment, including reciprocal shakers, orbital shakers, cutting mills, blenders, and stirrers. We offer engineering services, custom builds, and support for international customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, manufacturing, or support of laboratory equipment such as reciprocal shakers, orbital shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers
• Collaborate with engineering teams on custom build requests and OEM builds
• Support product development for continuous-duty and specialized lab equipment
• Assist in quality control, assembly, or customer-facing technical roles depending on position
• Participate in process improvement and adherence to industry standards

Qualifications

• Experience or education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment or scientific instruments
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Skills

• Knowledge of shaker systems, motors, or control systems (fixed speed, variable speed, digital displays, timers)
• Understanding of materials such as stainless steel and tool steel
• Familiarity with explosion-proof or hazardous-duty equipment is a plus
• Experience with cGMP, ISO, or similar quality standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
