About This Position
Full Time, Onsite. Day, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Wage: $20.25 - $23.25 per hour, DOE.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception: Greet visitors, follow formalized check-in procedures, arrange chaperone. Answer and direct calls. Foster a welcoming reception. Maintain cleanliness and supplies of setting area and conference rooms (pens, business cards, refreshments, note pads, and PPE for guests). Set up the welcome screens. Distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule Appointments: Add customer visits/tours to calendar, book rooms for interviews, book rooms for personal visiting from other branches. Schedule printer maintenance/cleaning and order replacement toner. Refill paper and toner. Assist with company events and celebrations (scheduling and availability, price check, internal communications, arrange pickup or venue bookings). Assist with sales lunches and Executive visits. Assist HR with minor tasks such as scanning and supplying applications.
- Administrative Support: Data Entry, Scanning and Filing. Provide certificates for delivered materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office, customer service, and phone experience.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs.
- 10 key and data entry with speed and accuracy.
