Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to answer phone calls in the corporate office in a kind and friendly manner. A potential customer's first impression of the company may be based on the way the receptionist answers the switch board phone.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Answer calls for the office.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate person in the office.
- Capture sales lead information via a web form.
- Aid in reassigning accounts and leads in a CRM system.
- Complete general office work as requested.
- Compile, summarize, and distribute weekly reports.
- Distribute e-faxes to the appropriate people.
- Evaluate and distribute packages delivered to the office.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Excellent telephone skills and phone demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Great problem solving and need analysis skills
- Strong focus on pleasing customers and callers
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Basic computer Receptionist or call center experience is a plus
