About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to use basic computer programs and phone systems.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.
