Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate medical records and handle financial transactions
• Coordinate care with clients to ensure they understand preventative care and other hospital services
• Provide compassionate care and demonstrate empathy in every situation

Requirements

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred
• A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19-$21 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

The schedule includes some weekends and holidays.
