Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and route calls to specific people, making phone calls.
  • Making phone calls.
  • Match and maintain client’s schedule.
  • Monitoring of the Aide's attendance.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy.
  • Hand out employee applications.
  • Send email and faxes.
  • Perform other basic Clerical and Administrative duties, filing etc.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Office: 1 year (Preferred).
  • NJ Driver's License (Preferred).
  • Day Shift (Preferred).

Qualifications

  • Willingness to undergo a drug test.
