Receptionist
About the role
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with departments. Performs various clerical duties such as answering telephones, recording messages, preparing charts, copying materials, typing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Reception area is open Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 7:30 pm (no weekends). You will be asked to fill in shifts within those time frames.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a health care setting
- Experience with office equipment
- 50 WPM typing speed

Pay
An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, the organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If eligible, a sign-on bonus may be offered based on the approved program at the time of the offer.
