Company Overview

The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is launching its first steakhouse, La Tête d’Or by Daniel. The concept blends a classic American steakhouse with Parisian dining, featuring a 150‑person main dining area, a cocktail lounge, a private dining room, and an exclusive private omakase steak and seafood table.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Receive and inspect all inbound products for quality, temperature, and accuracy.
• Verify invoices against items ordered or received.
• Wash, store, rotate, and secure products using FIFO standards.
• Advise drivers/chefs of short shipments or improperly received goods and arrange credit notes.
• Transport products to assigned storerooms and organize storage for future use.
• Check dates on perishable food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of fridges, freezers, and dry storage areas.
• Clear out empty boxes and condense items to maximize storage efficiency.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of receiving experience in a high‑volume or fine‑dining environment.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to produce high‑volume, accurate, quality work in a timely manner.
• Active practice of food safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfort working in a hot, fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $20.00 – $22.00
