About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate leasing, commercial purchasing agreements, subdivided land sales, and should be familiar with residential land sales. An understanding of the land use and entitlement process related to these transactions is also desired.

• California Bar membership

• Five plus years’ quality experience in real estate transactions

Pay

• Total expected annual compensation for a fifth year attorney in this position at 1,850 hours before any objective or subjective bonus awards is expected to be $190,000, of which $150,000 is paid monthly and $10,000 per quarter if minimum hours are hit.
• Objective bonus system with the average amount for full-year lawyers exceeding $30,000 in 2025.
• Subjective bonus system.
