About the role
Hinckley Allen is seeking a mid-level real estate transactional attorney to join a dynamic and sophisticated practice in our Hartford office.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, and office, retail, and/or industrial leasing
- Manage closings, title, survey, and other real estate due diligence projects
- Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Admission to the Connecticut bar
- Superior drafting skills and deep knowledge of commercial real estate law and closing mechanics
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated, and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
Qualifications
Financing experience is a plus.
