Responsibilities

• Review contracts
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Conduct due diligence on properties
• Identify and mitigate legal risks
• Resolve title issues
• Draft legal documents
• Facilitate the closing process
• Communicate with clients, providing advice and guiding them through the legal process

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of real estate transactional experience, an Oregon State Bar license, and a JD degree.

Qualifications

Outstanding real estate transactional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
