About the role
Join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to the real estate industry. We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Recruiter to join our remote 1099 contractor program.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for real estate positions
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Prepare and distribute job postings to relevant networks
- Manage candidate relationships and follow-up
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure successful placements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sourcing and managing candidates through various channels
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
