Real Estate Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to the real estate industry. We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Recruiter to join our remote 1099 contractor program.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates for real estate positions
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
• Prepare and distribute job postings to relevant networks
• Manage candidate relationships and follow-up
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure successful placements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sourcing and managing candidates through various channels

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
