Job Summary

The Reynolds Team is hiring a full-time Strategic Growth Advisor / Recruiter to build relationships with talented real estate agents, generate excitement about the team, and schedule qualified candidates with the Sales Manager.

Location

In-office position based in Vero Beach, FL, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with talented real estate agents
• Generate excitement about the Reynolds Team
• Schedule qualified candidates with the Sales Manager
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to attract top-producing agents

Qualifications

• Passionate about connecting with ambitious people
• Ability to open doors to new opportunities
• Experience in recruitment or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• $50,000 base salary
• Opportunity for bonuses totaling up to $85,000
