Responsibilities

• Recruit experienced, producing real estate agents who are ready to take their business to the next level.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and outbound calling.
• Overcome objections and close opportunities to grow the brokerage's agent base.
• Utilize established recruiting systems and leadership support to streamline the recruitment process.
• Directly impact the growth of a successful brokerage by identifying and attracting top talent.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience (real estate industry experience preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and developing new business relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close opportunities.

Benefits

• $55,000 annual base salary
• Performance bonuses with target earnings exceeding $100,000 annually
