About the role

The Real Estate Planning & BP Analyst supports the AMS region, bridging business needs and workplace solutions within the Real Estate Planning & BP Global team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workspace & seating planning for the AMS region, optimise allocation of space resources (e.g., workstations, meeting rooms, storage), ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Understand business requirements through regular communication and alignment with business partners (BU, functional teams, regional leads) to understand headcount plans, team structures, working models, and workplace priorities.
  • Collect, analyze, and track space utilization, occupancy, and spatial data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities for the AMS portfolio.
  • Able to gain insights from planning dashboards, reports, and data tools to enable data-driven decision-making for regional portfolio strategy, space planning, and resource allocation.
  • Translate business plans into actionable plans, ensuring workspace solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned with global/regional standards.
  • Support cross-regional alignment and global process standardization while adapting to AMS market differences and business characteristics.
  • Drive operational excellence in planning delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality, and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information, analyze data, and complete documentation with high accuracy.
  • Strong logical thinking, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or internship in planning analysis, program management, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for business needs.
  • Self-driven, quick learner, able to work independently and as part of a global team.
